Fit4Seniors Exercise Class

Classes to challenge you with functional movements using bodyweight and resistance exercises.

Physio & Gym Session

An open forum with The Hills Physiotherapy plus workout classes with functional bodyweight and resistance exercises.

Caddies Creek walk

An easy walk on paved paths through the Cumberland Plain Woodland – see bush tucker and learn about storm water management.

Cattai Creek walk

A stroll along the upper valley of Cattai Creek, enjoying the bush scenery of this conservation area. Part of this walk is on rough bush track.

Morning tea and a movie

Come along for morning tea and a screening of the movie Finding Your Feet.

Bring your grandchildren aged between 12 and 24 for a FREE screening of Rampage. This screening will be closed captioned with accessible seating.
